By accessing or using Habtix (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
Habtix uses Google Sign-In as its only authentication method. You're responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account linked to Habtix, and for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for the Life Actions, Goals, and other content you create in Habtix. You retain ownership of it. You can export or delete it at any time from within the app.
Habtix offers a free plan and an optional Pro subscription. Where a live payment path is available, subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing, Razorpay, or a Merchant of Record depending on your platform and region, and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the relevant app store or account settings. Pricing displayed in the app or on this site is informational until a live checkout is available for your region.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Habtix and its licensors. Our name, logo, and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habtix and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data or goodwill — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. We may update or discontinue the App, or specific features, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
